Early last summer, I was was leaving the Fairmont Hot Springs pool and as I drove out over the hill this is what I was staring at! It’s hard to believe it was real. A lot of people were stopped on the road taking photos – I’m not actually sure how you couldn’t stop to just stare at the view.  The sunset on the Columbia River Wetlands overlooking the stables was incredible and I knew I had to paint it!
