Who remembers the song ‘Land Of The Silver Birch’ from camp as a kid? Sitting around the camp fire singing the lines, and around and around it would go – it had such a cool melody! I couldn’t get the tune of it out of my head while I was painting these two paintings! I had to ask my sister for the words tho – because she always remembers stuff like that. I did in fact call her and she did sing it to me 😂 Hope you enjoy these two pieces.
